About Bagels Up
NYC bagels, sandwiches, and roasted coffee in a laid-back surf/beach decorated shop.
Located at 13457 Atlantic Blvd STE. 2, Jacksonville, FL 32225, Bagels Up operates as a bagel shop serving Jacksonville in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 6 am–2 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (904) 889-1775. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is bagelsup.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Just tried Bagels Up on Atlantic Boulevard and had a great experience! The staff was absolutely incredible—super welcoming the moment you walk in and very attentive. They came right over to take the order and made the whole experience feel friendly and easy. I had the blueberry bagel with pomegranate and blueberry cream cheese, and it was seriously so good. The flavors worked really well together. I also tried their bacon, egg, and cheese, which had a really great flavor and came out perfectly toasted. Definitely a spot worth stopping by if you're in the area!

A friend told me about Bagels Up, and I was instantly intrigued, bagels and Filipino food under one roof? Yes, please! My husband and I finally made it in, and from the moment we walked through the door, we loved the fun surf vibe. There's even a tiki hut you can sit under, and some of the tables are shaped like surfboards. It's cute, colorful, and full of personality. But let's talk about the food.I've always loved lumpia but hadn't had it in years, so when my friend mentioned this place, my first question was, "Do they have lumpia?" And wow, do they ever! We ordered lumpia and a shrimp fried rice bowl (you can also get it with veggies). Pro tip: the portions are huge! One bowl easily gave us two hearty servings each plus leftovers. The lumpia came with a chili sauce and a sweet sauce (the name escapes me, but my taste buds remember it!). Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly done, some of the best I've ever had. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the rice was seasoned just right. It was one of those meals where you keep smiling between bites. Everyone we met was so friendly, especially the cute bearded guy at the counter who made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our visit so much

I stopped by **Bagels Up** after going to the fitness center — I’ve passed by many times and finally had a few minutes to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised! It’s a cozy and welcoming little café with a super friendly person at the front and quick service. The décor is really fun and creative — some of the tables are made from surfboards, which gives the place a cool, beachy vibe. It’s definitely not your typical bagel shop. They have a nice selection of breakfast and lunch items, along with specialty coffees and drinks. Everything looked delicious and freshly made. It’s a great stop for a morning coffee, a quick bite, or a casual lunch after a work.

First pic: gluten-free Everything bagel sandwich. Second pic: gluten-free plain bagel turkey, egg & cheese. (Also tried the gluten-free blueberry with plain cream cheese—not pictured) The plain gluten-free bagel is hands-down the best I’ve had in Jacksonville. It's soft, light, and flavorful—not that dense, chewy texture a lot of GF bagels seem to have. The Everything bagel was just a bonus with great flavor. The blueberry was good too, though the berries sat in the dough instead of being evenly spread—but still tasty. The quality and quantity of ingredients on the bagels was also impressive. They use Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, the cream cheeses are fresh and made in-house. Service has also been top notch and they've provided great recommendations.
